Return Policy
 
Only items purchased from PartsRite.com may be returned.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA number) issued by PartsRite.com in order to be processed.

PartsRite.com must be contacted for an Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days from receipt of shipment. To request an RA number contact PartsRite.com customer service at Sales@PartsRite.com, or call . We will not accept returns without an issued RA number. RA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance.

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns. All returns must be shipped with freight/shipping charges pre-paid by customer within 7 days from issuance of RA number. Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
Items that are damaged during transportation are subject to the shipping company policies.
We cannot accept returns on items with the following conditions:
Any water filter or part that has been connected to water, drain, or electrical supply.
Any item that is returned without an RA number, or more than 7 days after the issuance of an RA number.
Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts.
